Butterfly Spirits were born from a playful experiment with clay and quickly grew into its own collection of tactile little whimsical ceramic wall sculptures.
Each one of them is individually made and finished by hand, and develops its own character through finishing touches and coloured glazes. They have a tiny lime green heart in their chest, symbolising unconditional love.
Please note: this little gentle Orange Butterfly Spirit was damaged during the first firing. She lost her antennae and part of her body, but I didn’t want to give up on her. So I added new antennae, re-glazed the body and re-fired her. I then added acrylic paint for contrast. I’ve reflected that in the price, to make adoption easier, as she definitely deserves a second chance and she’s looking for a gentle home who can love her as she is.
Display: Designed to bring a touch of nature and colour to your walls, Butterfly Spirits can be displayed on their own or combined with other Butterfly Spirits, Leaf Spirits and Flower Spirit Masks to create your own nature-inspired collection. Butterfly Spirits only require a small nail with a head.
