Description
Each ceramic Starfish begins with a press mould made from one of my original sculptures. From there, every piece is refined and finished entirely by hand. Although they share the same beginning, each one develops its own character.
I love creating pieces that ask to be picked up, not just looked at. These Starfish are designed with smooth, tactile surfaces to sit comfortably in the hand (especially thought for sensory seekers like me), as well as on the wall.
Every Starfish has a tiny lime green heart on its forehead, a feature that has become a part of my work and a symbol of unconditional love.
Display: Starfish can be displayed on their own or alongside other Starfish or Seahorses to grow your own underwater collection. They hang easily from a small nail with a head.
